Applications will be accepted for the 2025 Christmas for Kids program beginning 10/1 - 12/1. You can apply by scanning the QR code on their flyer and filling out a form, by calling 937-335-4103, or in person Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm at 2040 North County Road 25-A. Parent/Guardian must have custody of the child(ren). Parent/Guardian must qualify for benefits through Job and Family Services.

Write a letter to Santa and receive a response and a gift! Letters can be sent from 9/15 - 12/6. A letter to Santa should be placed into an envelope with a postage stamp, and sent to 123 Elf Road, North Pole, 88888. Don’t forget your return address on the envelope and the letter itself.

Partners in Hope - Christmas Shop Program

Applications are accepted 10/3 - 12/5. Participants are asked to contribute $10 per child and payment is due 12/5.
Documents required: Parent/Guardian Photo ID, birth certificates for each child, proof of address, verification of income for every adult in the household. Families must be at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Christmas Outreach Program and Services (COPS)
The Miami County FOP Lodge 58 Christmas Outreach Program and Services (COPS) annually gives gifts, food and other needs to Miami County families in need during the holiday season. Call (937) 240-1100 ext. 804 for more information. 2025 COPS application process will open in November.
