The library has been providing tax forms for decades. Unfortunately, the IRS is providing fewer forms for us to dispense and there are sometimes delays in our receiving them. We will do our best to assist you as we are able at the Information Desk, just a reminder that we cannot provide any tax advice. Please visit the City of Troy website for city tax forms and instructions.
