Warm Up This Winter at the Library

Winter is a season for curiosity, creativity, and connection at the Troy–Miami County Public Library! Families with young children can dive into Baby Stories, Library Stories, Afternoon Book & Craft, and the Be My Neighbor Club, all designed to spark early literacy, imagination, and social-emotional growth. Monthly storytimes at Ernst Cafe offer a cozy, fun way for little ones to explore books, songs, and hands-on activities.

Older kids can explore STEAM Lab, where hands-on projects in science, technology, engineering, art, and math bring learning to life. Teens can also enjoy programs like Dungeons & Dragons, Teen Miku Night, Taste Test Thursday, Anime Club, and Teen Art Club—perfect opportunities to try new things, meet friends, and build skills in a welcoming environment.

Adults have plenty of options too. Beyond Coffee with Champions, book clubs, and cooking classes with OSU Extension, participants can get creative with Hot Mess Art, try hands-on Screen Printing, or practice conversation skills in the English Conversation Club. From personal growth to artistic expression and community connection, TMCPL offers adults opportunities to learn, socialize, and explore new interests this winter.
