Business Planning for the Small Company
Whether you are starting a new business or have one up and running, this workshop will provide a guide for developing a plan that will significantly improve your chances of being successful. The workshop will show you how to build a plan that produces a deep understanding of the market and competitive environment in which your business operates; how to develop strategies for providing a competitive advantage; how to generate solid projections of the financial consequences of operating your business; and how to use your plan to monitor and control your business's operations. If you will need outside funding for your business, a first-rate business plan is a must. But, even if you won't, your investment of time and energy in building a good business plan will provide you a substantial return.Thsi workshop is presented by Dayton SCORE (Counselors to America's Small Business). Please call 339-0502 to register for this event.
